I am Dr Laszlo Benedek, a consultant paediatrician. For 48 years I have been caring for children's health in Szazhalombatta, treating their illnesses and helping to keep them well.
Nearly three years ago I handed over my GP paediatric practice and retired. Since then I have regularly covered for paediatric GP colleagues in several settlements. I have now been invited to continue paediatric work in private practice. In this framework I am available twice a week for patients aged 0-18.
How can we help?
Our aim is a conscientious examination of those who present with complaints, in line with current professional recommendations, establishing a diagnosis and determining treatment. We place particular emphasis on prevention. It is important to us that parents and their children understand the nature of the illness.
All of this is provided with close attention, allowing enough time for discussion.
