I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Semmelweis University in 2005. Between 2005 and 2018 I worked on the Gastroenterology Department of the Buda Hospital of the Hospitaller Order. I obtained my specialist qualification in internal medicine in 2010 and in gastroenterology in 2014.
Hepatology
I take part in the professional work of the National Centre for Liver Disease at the Hepatology Outpatient Clinic of Szent Janos Hospital. My main areas are chronic hepatitides (B, C), immune liver diseases, fatty liver, and the treatment and follow-up of toxic liver disease. I have also gained broad internal medicine experience in hypertension, lipid disorders and other conditions treated in inpatient care.
FibroTouch examination
I have substantial experience in ultrasound-based liver elastography. I currently perform measurements with the new-generation FibroTouch device, which provides an accurate diagnosis of fatty change and structural scarring.
My main fields are gastrointestinal disease, reflux, changes in bowel habit, food intolerances, bloating, abdominal complaints and liver disease.
